By Steven Allen

Humans are visual creatures. That is why photos mean a lot. They are treasured by all and sundry. Great photography gets the attention of billions. A simple family photograph will outlive its subjects. Mary Wray Photography adds spice to life. It makes life worth living. Life is all about the memories and great photography captures and preserves them in the best manner possible. A quality photograph is something truly valuable.

No medium tells it better than a photo. It is the most powerful communication medium. That is why people say that a photo is worth more than a thousand words. Just by looking at a photo, someone can grasp a lot of information. The state of emotion of the subjects will easily be known just by a cursory glance. If there is need to capture memories in the best manner possible, a camera should be used.

The camera has spiced life for decades. Since its invention, life has never been the same again. Most of the preceding inventions including the TV, internet and social media capitalized on the ability to capture, store and transmit photos. Without photographs, social media will not be a terrific communication channel. The backbone of social networking websites is photographs. They are databases of millions of user photos where people tell their friends what they are doing through uploading and sharing photographs.

Those who use the camera never go wrong. This is because; the lens never lies. It loyally and responsibly does its job. A writer might add some salt or spice to his writing but that cannot happen with a photographer. He merely captures what he sees and there is no way to change what has been captured on a photo or a video. This greatly preserves history.

Photographers serve the world in many ways. There are the backbone of modern day civilization. The power of the camera has transformed many lives. Great stories have been told because of the works of skilled photographers. These professionals create memories. Most importantly, they preserve history. Photos make succeeding generations to see what happened in the past and grasp important lessons.

The progress of society hinges on the availability of high-quality information. Those with superior information succeed. Photography is an important source of information. When prose and video seem hard to understand, a photo will lay it bare in a simplistic manner. Books hide facts in the midst of hard vocabulary but photos reveal the ordinary, the unusual and the bizarre in plain language. Nothing tells it like a photo.

Human life revolves around moments and memories. The preservation of these two elements is the work of photos. Human life is interesting because people can share memories through photos. The most interesting discussions start with people looking at a controversial photo. Where there is a photo, there is life. Print and digital content with great photos usually generate a lot of interest.

Photography introduces a new twist to everyday issues. When things are seen from the lens of the camera, a lot can be expected. It is because of the power of the lens, that great stories and memories have been created. A book will not be interesting if it does not have photos. An event will only be memorable if there are photographs related to it.
